Civil and Employment Litigation

Michael Creveling personally handles many areas of civil litigation, a sampling includes business, employment, labor, discrimination and contract disputes.  Further, Michael handles administrative issues such as State Employment Relations Board claims, State Personnel Board of Review claims Licensing issues, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims and Ohio Civil Rights Commission claims.  Michael provides free initial consultations regarding civil litigation issues of all kinds.   

Michael Creveling generally handles civil litigation cases in Summit, Portage, Medina, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties.  However, Michael also handles administrative cases in Franklin County, and occasionally other litigation outside of the above listed areas.
